Directions
STEP 1:
Read each STEP before proceeding as STEP 3 will navigate you away from this page
STEP 2:
Select your name from the drop down list below.
STEP 3:
Click the 'mobile signature' button to request your signature.
STEP 4:
After your signature appears, press and hold the area around the signature to activate the devices copy function and then press and drag until the entire signature will be copied. Press copy from the menu.
(At this point you may click the “Back” button in your internet browser to reference these directions again.)
STEP 5:
After having copied the signature navigate to your device settings and select the Mail, Contacts, Calendars tab.
STEP 6:
Once on that tab select the 'Signature' button and paste your signature into the box provided for your CPS email account..
STEP 7:
After having pasted, and your on an iPhone OS 3 and higher, shake the phone,violently - yes we mean it, to pop up the option to undo the iPhone's auto formatting. Press the option to undo the auto formatting.
STEP 8:
Once pasted your device should save automatically but if there is a save button press it now and your new signature should be ready to use.

Click the 'web signature' button to request your signature.
STEP 4:
After your signature appears, press the “Ctrl” key and the letter “A” key on your keyboard at the same time. You should see your signature highlighted now.
STEP 5:
Now press the “Ctrl” key and the letter “C” key on your keyboard. You have now copied the signature to your clipboard.
(At this point you may click the “Back” button in your internet browser to reference these directions again.)
STEP 6:
Open your Email Client i.e. Microsoft Outlook. Click “New Email” as if you were going to send a new message to a coworker.
STEP 7:
In the top of the new message window locate the “signature” button. Click to open the signatures editor screen.
STEP 8:
See left side for existing signatures. Delete any and all existing signatures by selecting one at a time and clicking the “delete” button below.
STEP 9:
After deleting all existing signatures, Click the “New” button and type a suitable name for this new signature. Typically your first and last name will suffice.
STEP 10:
Once the new signature has been created, it will show a blank text area below. Left Click once and press the “Ctrl” and the letter “V” keys at the same time to paste the signature.
STEP 11:
After successful paste, look toward the top right portion of this window. Under “Choose default signature” select from each drop down the newly created signature for both “New messages” & “Replies/forwards”. Press “OK” You’re all done!

STEP 5:
After having copied the signature navigate to your mailbox and locate your signature options. These are typically in an options tab.
STEP 6:
Once on that tab paste your signature into the box provided for your CPS email account. Make sure to backspace any extra white lines added by the phones formatting.
STEP 7:
Once pasted your device should save automatically but if there is a save button press it now and your new signature should be ready to use.
